The Hale / Bowdon / Altrincham area is located in North Cheshire ( approx. 8 miles from Manchester). Properties in the area are much sought after and represent high quality purchases. Altrincham town is as an historic market town with the Market Hall being a central focus. The thriving market, which runs 3 times a week, boasts over one hundred and eighty stalls and has a reputation for specialist food products, particularly fish and cheeses, clothing, plants and flowers, household and other goods. The original Market Charter was granted in 1290 and it continues to draw many shoppers and visitors. There is also impressive high street shopping available within the Town Centre and  out-of-town facilities are also close at hand (the Trafford Centre being just one of the options available).

Dunham Park (set in over 230 acres of parkland) is on the outskirts of the town,  this famous hall and park was for 300 years the seat of the Earls of Stamford and Warrington. The grounds encompass the great house, formal gardens (home to a herd of grazing fallow deer),  a shop, a restaurant and facilities for the disabled and is supported by the National Trust. Tatton Park and Styal Mill also easily accessed from the area, and there are numerous small parks with children's play areas.
